The focus is to create a third-party channel in order to drive new revenue and create a tightly integrated global ecosystem to facilitate new customer acquisition, expansion and revenue while increasing your overall business valuation.

  • Design and execute your new global partner strategy to enhance your start-up footprint to generate new revenue channels.

  • Target, Hunt, Vet, Sign, Ramp Up and Manage your new Channel Partner(s) to be operationally handed over to your Management team members as per our agreed upon milestones and timeline.

  • Establish a Partner Playbook which identifies deliverables by your new and existing global business partnerships in order to optimize revenue growth.

  • Guide and collaborate with sales leadership to manage the activities of the partners sales team to ensure that revenue goals and objectives from the new global channel activities are achieved.

  • An analytical mindset, relationship development skills, and an ability to collaborate across business functions (of both your firm and your new partner firm) including marketing, sales, product, operations, finance and legal.

  • Global/International operational experience.
